An Incomplete Portrait of Gertrude Stein

Always one of my favorite poets, Gertrude Stein's rendition of A Completed Portrait of Picasso was the highlight (for me) of the CD collection 100 Years of Poetry. It sounded to me like Gertrude Stein was rapping out an infectious groove with her incessant "Now, not Now, and Now". It wasn't long before I tried to complete a portrait, this time of Stein, and this time using a rhythmic motif based in a scale consisting of seven equal divisions of the octave.

Looking for Bill's other music? There's plenty more weird (alternately tuned) stuff, and also a bunch of "normal" stuff.
